New to Trinity Treasures

  1. How do I make an order?
  2. Just search for an product you wish to purchase and click the 'Add to cart'.

    When you've added all the items you wish to purchase click 'Go to checkout'.

    If you are a new customer you will need to create an account before you can make an order. Returning customers will need to log in at this point.

    When you get to the checkout, fill out shipping address details and choose how you want to pay.
  3. I've lost my password, what do I do?
  4. No need to worry. Just click here and enter the email address for your Trinity Treasures account. A randomly generated password will be sent to you and you can use it to log in. You can then change that password to something you can remember, here
  5. Is it safe to use my credit card with Trinity Treasures?
  6. It sure is! Trinity Treasures uses the Paymate system for handling credit card transactions. Any credit card transactions are heavily encrypted. Feel free to read Paymate's security statement here

Ordering

  1. What payment methods do you have available?
  2. Currenty we accept Visa, Mastercard and Internet Banking for any orders.
  3. When do you charge my credit card?
  4. We charge your credit card as soon as you confirm your payment on the Paymate system.
  5. What does the stock status on a product mean?
  6. Products with the status, 'In stock' are ready to be shipped immediately. Any products with a 'Stock expected' status shows the estimated arrival date of that product to our warehouse. After products come in to our warehouse, they are ready to ship immediately.
  7. How can I change my order?
  8. If the order has already been placed and has not been processed for shipping you can change it by contacting us

Shipping

  1. What are the shipping prices?
  2. Every order will have a handling fee of $5.00 plus a shipping cost applied to each individual item. This shipping cost will be slightly higher if you live in the South Island.

    Total shipping costs are shown at the end of the checkout process before your order is placed
  3. Does Trinity Treasures ship orders overseas?
  4. Sorry, not currently. If this changes in the future, we'll let you know!

Payment Methods

  3. Can I pay using Internet Banking?
  4. Yes you can. At the end of the checkout process our bank details be displayed and also sent to you in an email.

  7. If I pay using Internet Banking, when will be order be ready to ship?
  8. If items are in stock, as soon as your payment arrives in our bank account.

    Payments with Internet Banking can take up to 2 business days to come through. We'll send you an email letting you know when payment has been cleared.
