Yu Kanda is a moody serious sort of character who appears to have absolutely no sense of humor whatsoever. mind you fighting demons and evil spirits will do that to a fellow if he lets it.This is the sword he used in the Anime D-GreyMan.
Byakuya Kuchiki is the 28th head of the noble Kuchiki clan, one of the four great noble families in Soul Society. As such, Byakuya acts in an aristocratic manner — he seems always serene and apathetic towards other people, even when he is actually deeply conflicted. He is also extremely calm, even in battle, and is very seldom surprised by even the most drastic of actions.
Tōshirō Hitsugaya is short, has turquoise eyes and short, spiked, white hair, which tends to draw attention in the Human world. He wears a standard sleeveless captain's haori with a green sash around his shoulders, held together by a round clip. The sash holds his Zanpakutō's sheath in place on his back and is tied to it at either end. He sometimes walks around in his tabi. He is relatively young by Shinigami standards and has the appearance of a child.
OK so Renji was a strange kinda fellow. Seems to have good intentions but spend most of his time fighting Ichego and doing a good enough job of cutting him up. This is a Cosplay version of the Shintai version of his sword and that's about as big as it will get , cos I don't think i will be able to get a 40 foot snake past Customs anytime soon.

Rukia Kuchiki is a character in the anime and manga series Bleach. In the series, Rukia is a Soul Reaper in the 13th Division under Jūshirō Ukitake. Shortly after meeting the main protagonist of the series, Ichigo Kurosaki, she is forced to give him her powers in order to fulfill her duties as a Soul Reaper.
Gin Ichimaru was the Captain of the 3rd Division of the Gotei 13 until he betrayed Soul Society, his Zanpaktou extends towards enemy at it’s full shape and slices through everything on it’s way. There’s no way to avoid direct hit, it can only be blocked. During the attack it reminds one of a bullet.
Now I know that its redundant to say its a Wooden boken, given that Boken are wooden anyway but there are some who might get confused.
So this is a really nice standard Katana that has a classic shape and feel to it.
A Cosplay version of the famed 'Cutting Moon' from Bleach. Its wooden so reasonable sturdy, yet lightweight enough that its relatively safe. (Hey its still a hunk of wood and if you hit someone in the head with it I imagine they will be pretty upset.)
From the Anime (& manga) Fate Stay Night comes the sword of Sabre, one of the main characters. She is Shirō Emiya's servant, an agile and powerful warrior. Saber is loyal, independent, and reserved; she appears cold, but is actually suppressing her emotions to focus on her goals. Her class is considered the "Most Outstanding", with excellent ratings in all categories. Because her master cannot effectively provide her with mana, she minimizes her activity to preserve what she has.

The one exception to the "bankai is big" rule, Tensa Zangetsu is comparatively very small. In fact, this is the only form in which Zangetsu looks anything like a normal sword. He is still as long as he always was, but he now has a formal hilt, cross guard and blade. Instead of the cloth his Shi-kai form had, a short length of chain dangles from the base of the hilt. He finally gets a cross guard, though it isn't normal. Four prongs bend out to form the kanji for "ban", with the base of the blade at it's center. And every last square inch of him is dead black.
The sword Tetsusaiga is forged from the Great Dog Demon's fang. Because of this, InuYasha inherits the sword.
The chokutō or "straight sword" is a type of Japanese sword that dates back to pre-Heian times. Chokutō were made in later periods, but usually as temple offering swords. Chokutō were straight and single-edged hacking swords. This new incarnation of the Sasuke's sword is probably the deadliest. Its blade is sharp enough to cut through almost anything. Sasuke can sharpen the blade edge even further by channeling his Chidori into the sword.
So this one is made of wood, and that's not cool I heard you say......but wait!!! This sword has coolness oozing across it like its been dipped in a vat of high quality ectoawesome. (that's just a word I made up BTW). It actually breaks down (that's comes apart for those having trouble keeping up) into 6 (six) blades.
In Final Fantasy VIII, all forms of Gunblade consist of some sort of sword blade with some type of gun action built into the hilt, with its barrel running inside the length of the blade. They are mostly used like normal swords, but triggering a round sends a shockwave through the blade, creating a vibration as the weapon passes through an opponent to increase damage.
